McGonigle Hall, Temple University - Carvision.com lived up to their name and ran past Lennon Financial to an 89-72 victory last night at McGonigle Hall. Carvision.com remained undefeated and advanced to the second round of the Sonny Hill Playoffs, where they will meet the winner of the Aaron McKie vs. Honor Foods matchup (game ended too late for our coverage).
Carvision.com were led by Ryan Brooks from Temple and Ronald Moore from Sienna, who had 20 points and 27 points, respectively. The team shot tremendously from the floor and ran the floor as fast and as crisp as anyone in the league has so far this summer.

Lennon Financial kept the game close in the first half due to the play of DJ Rivera and Stephen Jackson, who used their drives to the basket to bait Carvision's defense to clog the middle, thus freeing up outside shots for Lennon Financial. Lennon Financial also tried the running technique offensively, and while it worked to a degree, their inability to keep up with Carvision defensively is ultimately what cost them the game.
Lennon Financial, who were picked by various people to win the playoff tournament, will have to try again next year. Carvision.com looked really good, and as their undefeated streak continues, they just may to be the team to beat.
